Shawn is a passionate entrepreneur and has founded three successful companies. R&R Office Solutions is one of America’s fastest growing office supply companies. Today the company primarily operates out of its Richmond, VA and Raleigh, NC offices but has customers in all 50 states. Shawn’s vision for the future of R&R is a national company with a local feel and he loves to figure out new and innovative ways to grow. He always surrounds himself with a team smarter than himself, treats employees and colleagues with respect, coaches with kindness and never gives up. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife, two boys, dog (Phil), and cats (Tater and Peepers). His hobbies include running, working out, skiing, wake boarding, fishing and studying successful entrepreneurs. 

 

Inger’s more conservative approach to business is a great balance to Shawn's “let’s do it” attitude. Her attention to detail, finance and keep it realistic attitude keep R&R financials on solid footing. Outside of work, Inger loves spending time with her family, cooking, reading, decorating, travel, long walks with Phil, and playing with our fast growing kittens. Her hobbies include skiing, art, decorating, photography and watching funny YouTube videos and embarrassingly bad reality TV.
